Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated zucchini, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into mini patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
- Toast the slider buns until lightly browned.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding any desired toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can also cook these sliders on a grill instead of a skillet for a delicious charred flavor.
