Zucchini Beef Sliders


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated zucchini, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into mini patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Toast the slider buns until lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding any desired toppings.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Note: You can also cook these sliders on a grill instead of a skillet for a delicious charred flavor.
