1 cup dry orzo pasta or other small cut pasta
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Rinse, wash and drain 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1 16oz. canned fire-roasted chopped tomatoes
3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth or water
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
