Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, all-purpose flour, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Press the dough into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan. Use a fork to prick the dough all over.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the lemon filling. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, fresh lemon juice, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the warm crust.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- Once cool, dust the top of the bars with powdered sugar.
- Cut the bars into squares and serve.
