Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 15×10 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cocoa powder and water, whisking until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Pour the hot butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
