Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 24 graham crackers

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, and continue beating until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place a layer of graham crackers on top of the cream cheese mixture, breaking the crackers into smaller pieces to fit any gaps.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the graham crackers.
- Spread another layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Repeat steps 6-8 until all of the ingredients have been used up, ending with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top the cake with additional sliced strawberries if desired.
