Strawberry Cheesecake
Flavored with dates, bananas, strawberries and maple syrup instead of granulated sugar, this cheesecake is without baking.
INGREDIENTS
For the base:
1.5 cups walnut-almond mix
Half a glass of oat flour
8 dates
2 soup spoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Cinnamon with the tip of a teaspoon
1 pinch of salt
For the cream:
1 cup raw cashews
1 banana
8-9 strawberries
3 tablespoons maple syrup or palm extract
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake
To make the base, grind the nuts on your hands into flour in the food processor.
Add the oat flour or the oatmeal that you have turned into flour in the robot.
If the dates are not soft, soak them in warm water beforehand.
Take 1-2 tablespoons of the water it is waiting for and puree it in the food processor.
Mix all other ingredients until a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the mortar evenly by pressing on the mold or circle on which you put greaseproof paper.
If the mortar does not come together, add 1-2 spoons of water.
Soak the cashews in water for 5-6 hours for the cream.
If there is no time, soaking in hot water for about half an hour may be sufficient.
Drain the cashews and place them in a food processor with the other ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the base material and put it in the freezer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then decorate and serve.
