Ingredients:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
