Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds beef ribs
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the barbeque sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the beef ribs in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the barbeque sauce mixture over the beef ribs and use a spoon to coat them evenly.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. When the beef ribs are done, remove them from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Preheat the oven broiler.
  7. Brush the beef ribs with additional barbeque sauce and broil for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has caramelized and the beef ribs are crispy.

Serve the slow cooker barbequed beef ribs with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or coleslaw. Enjoy!
