FOR THE SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE:

– 1 Cup.Of erythritol
– 1/4 Cup.Of water.

– 1/2 Cup.Of heavy cream.

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.

– 1 Tsp.Of sea salt (or more to taste).
