Ranch Zucchini Chips


  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each zucchini slice with the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Spray the zucchini slices with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the zucchini chips are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your Ranch Zucchini Chips!

You can also dip them in your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch or tzatziki.
