• 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar


  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  6. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Spread the pineapple cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Serve and enjoy your Pineapple Dream!

Note: You can also add shredded coconut or chopped nuts to the graham cracker crust or on top of the Pineapple Dream for added texture and flavor.
