Ingredients:
For the peanut butter mousse:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
For the chocolate mousse:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat.
- Add hot water, sugar, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the peanut butter mousse into serving cups or glasses, filling them halfway.
- Spoon the chocolate mousse on top of the peanut butter mousse.
- Refrigerate the mousse for at least 1-2 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings, if desired.
