Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the filling:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
For the topping:
- 2 (3-ounce) packages peach-flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sliced peaches, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir the peach-flavored gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved.
- Add the thawed sliced peaches to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
- Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly, then pour it over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate the dish for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is set.
- Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the gelatin layer.
