Peach Pretzel Jello Salad


For the crust:

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the filling:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

For the topping:

  • 2 (3-ounce) packages peach-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sliced peaches, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, stir the peach-flavored gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved.
  7. Add the thawed sliced peaches to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
  8. Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly, then pour it over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Refrigerate the dish for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is set.
  10. Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the gelatin layer.
