Mayo and parmesan chicken


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy your delicious and easy mayo and parmesan chicken!

Note: You can also grill the chicken instead of baking it in the oven. Simply grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side over medium-high heat until it is cooked through and the top is golden brown and crispy.
