Low-Carb Chocolate Ganache Tart
MATERIALS
Base:
- 170 g almond flour
- 45 g cocoa powder
- 70 g erythritol
- 60 g melted coconut oil
Filling:
- 230 g dark unsweetened dark chocolate
- 170 g cream or coconut cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Base:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease the tart mold. (Recommended is a tart mold with a diameter of about 25 cm)
Take the dry dough ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Add the coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the mold and press it evenly into the tart mold.
Bake for 12 minutes. Take it out and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Filling:
To prepare the filling, chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
Heat the cream or coconut cream in a small saucepan over medium-low heat without boiling, whisking occasionally, until hot.
Remove the coconut cream from the heat and pour in the chocolate.
Let the mixture sit untouched for two minutes.
Using a whisk, blend the ganache until smooth and shiny. Let it cool a little.
Pour the filling over the tart base.
Put the pie in the refrigerator. Leave for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with cocoa powder and particles.
