Loaded Cauliflower and Brocolli casserole


  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Steam the cauliflower and broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in a little bit of olive oil until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the sautéed onion and garlic to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked cauliflower and broccoli to the bowl and mix everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
