Keto Taco Salad


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and stir until the beef is evenly coated with the spices.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
