Keto Puffs


  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the melted butter and almond milk to the bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the puffs about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake the puffs for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove the puffs from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
