keto pizza muffins


  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt.
  4. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and tomato sauce until smooth.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  6. Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy your keto pizza muffins!

Note: You can also add other pizza toppings, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, or sausage, to the batter if desired.
