Keto Meatball Casserole Low Carb


  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  4. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  5. Place the meatballs in the baking dish, making sure to leave some space between them.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs.
  8. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the meatballs are cooked through.
  9. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
