Instructions

Add minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan, garlic and parsley to a bowl.
Work the ingredients together using your hands.
Add salt and pepper.
Start forming your meatballs with an ice cream scoop.
Set aside.
Add the oil to the pan heated to medium.
Add one meatball at a time to the heated skillet.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.
Place the meatballs in the oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside.
Cut an oval at the top of the roll, leaving about ½ inch at the ends and sides.
Scoop but don’t cut all the way to the bottom half of the roll.
Use a knife to scoop out the top of the roll.
Place the roll on the baking tray.
Place 1 slice of cheese in the opened area.
Return to the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp. marinara over cheese.
Place 3 meatballs on the cheese.
Add more marinara over the meatballs.
Place grated parmesan cheese on top of the marinara.
Put it back in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
