1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the cheese mixture:

2 cups ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
