Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and minced garlic.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each into a ball.
- Place the balls of dough on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
