Keto Garlic Rolls


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each into a ball.
  6. Place the balls of dough on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
