For the bisquits, I added:
3 cups almond flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp garlic powder
Mixed those dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, i mixed the wet ingredients:
4 eggs
Half cup sour cream
4 tbspn melted butter.
I added the wet to the dry, mixed with a spatula a little and added 2 cups approx of shredded marble cheese. You can use cheddar also.
Preheated oven to 400°.
I made about 10 large 1/2 cup biscuits but I recommend making smaller ones on your sheet pan (use parchment paper) as they do rise and puff up. I didn’t time them but would say they took maaaAybe about 12 minutes
. So simple and soooo worth it.
You can always cut this recipe in half to make half the batch.
For the chili, I can’t give you exact measurements as I don’t cook with measurements, sorry!
But I added:
Ground beef (maybe a pound and a half)
Finely chopped Onion (half a med sized one)
Finely chopped Garlic (3 large pieces)
Diced red bell pepper (1 whole bell pepper)
Diced celery (1 1/2 stalks)
2 bay leafs.
Sauted in a pan until beef was browned and cooked through. I then added:
1 can of Tomatoe paste
About 2 tbspn each of cumin powder, chili powder and paprika. (Adjust to your liking)
3/4 of a litre box of chicken broth.
