Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can diced green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños, seeds and membranes removed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, diced green chilies, and diced jalapeños until well combined.
- Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and mix until the chicken is coated in the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the cheese.
- Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
