Spinach 150g (frozen)
1 zucchini (peel and slice)
Onion 1 piece (120g)
Avocado 1 piece (113g)
Water or vegetable broth 300gr
Plant milk (any non-sweet milk) 250 ml

It will be even more delicious if you add one boiled potato. It’s just significantly more sensitive.
If you wish, you can also add grated carrots, green peas and broccoli.
Use great spices, but be careful: An extra pinch of cumin will destroy all the soft stuff!
