Ingredients:

  • 4 large sweet onions
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • Gruyère cheese, cubed
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • French bread dough
  • Swiss cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme
  • All-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Caramelize Onions:
    • Peel and thinly slice the sweet onions. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  2. Season and Thicken:
    • Once the onions are caramelized, add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce around the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme to taste. Sprinkle a spoonful of all-purpose flour over the caramelized onions and stir to coat. This will help thicken the mixture.
  3. Prepare Beef Broth:
    • Dissolve the beef bouillon cube in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Pour the beef broth mixture into the skillet with the caramelized onions and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Preheat Oven and Prepare Dough:
    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Meanwhile, divide the French bread dough into roll-sized pieces and lightly dust them with flour. Flatten each piece with your hands.
  5. Stuff and Seal Dough:
    • Place a spoonful of the onion mixture and a cube of Gruyère cheese in the center of each flattened dough piece. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, making sure to seal any openings.
  6. Bake:
    • Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the dough balls with melted butter. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the tops.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve:

RECIPE:
4 large sweet onions
beef bouillon cube
gruyère cheese cubed
woshishier sauce
french bread dough
swiss cheese

 

Directions:
Carmalize onions in butter, then add about 2 circles of woshishier around the pan, season with salt pepper, fresh thyme. Add 1 spoon full of flower to thicken and then add 2tbsp of hot water mixed with 1 beef bouillon cube and stir until thickened.
preheat oven to 400, while it is preheating section your couch into about roll sized pieces and cover with flower. Flatten them with your hand and then add a spoon full of onion mixture and 1 cube of your gruyère chesse then roll into a ball making sure all holes are closed.
brush the top with butter and add shredded swiss cheese and cook for 18-20 minutes.
