Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon, ham, or sausage
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- Optional: diced onion, garlic powder, dried herbs, hot sauce, or other seasonings

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or heavy cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Add the cheese, diced meat, bell pepper, spinach or kale, and any other desired seasonings to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake the egg bites for 20-25 minutes, or until they are puffy and golden brown on top.
- Remove the egg bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before removing them with a spoon or spatula.
