Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced ham, chopped
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced swiss cheese, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken pieces in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top the chicken with the chopped ham, followed by the chopped swiss cheese.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, almond flour, parmesan cheese, dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ham, and cheese in the baking dish.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
