Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef or Italian sausage and cook until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the pizza sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the meat and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the meat mixture.
- Add the sliced black olives, sliced mushrooms, and sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
