The not so secret ‘secret’ to actual crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings in my opinion is a) Don’t skip the batter! and b) Definitely don’t skip the vegan butter! These cauliflower wings only require 10 ingredients, and are a really delicious and quite easy to make treat! All they need is a little extra baking time in the oven. Enjoy them with some crunchy veggies and homemade vegan ranch (you can find a recipe for that on my feed), or as a filling for burritos and tacos!
Crispy Twice Baked Cauliflower Wings
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup whole wheat, spelt or gluten-free flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp of paprika, onion and garlic powder each
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 4 tbsp hot sauce
