Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix, as this can make the muffins tough. Fold in the blueberries gently. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
