- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
- Add the chopped red onion, jalapeño pepper, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro to the bowl with the avocado.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
