4-Ingredient Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
  • 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a 9-inch springform pan, press half of the crushed Oreos onto the bottom of the pan.
  3. Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the crushed Oreos.
  4. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream.
  5. Repeat layers with the remaining crushed Oreos, ice cream, and hot fudge sauce.
  6. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
  8. Top with whipped cream and extra crushed Oreos if desired.
